When a match is cancelled or abandoned mid-way, okz settles bets according to the following rules:
- If the match is fully cancelled: All bets are declared void and the full stake is returned to the account balance.
- If the match stops after a set number of overs have been completed: If the result is determined by the DLS method, that result is treated as final and all bets are settled accordingly.
- If the match is suspended mid-innings and later resumed: Bets settled before the cancellation announcement remain valid; unsettled bets are voided.
- If cancelled during live betting: Bets settled before the cancellation announcement stand; bets not yet settled are voided.

Once a match concludes and the result is settled, winnings are automatically credited to your okz wallet — typically within 15 minutes to 1 hour after the match ends.
Steps to withdraw from your wallet to a Bangladeshi payment method:
